Welcome to our website. We are a relatively new group, formed over the last year or so. We are part of Lions Clubs International. You will find Lions Clubs throughout the world. Primarily a service organisation, we also find time for social activities.
What have we been doing lately?
You may have seen our bucket collection at Range in Coventry, or at stalls at some of the fairs in Coventry. We also provided some marshals for the recent Fun Run.
What happens to the money collected?
In short, we give it away! Benificiaries include the British Heart Foundation and Tiny Tim's here in Coventry. We've also distributed 'Message in a Bottle' (MIAB), one of the Lions Clubs' really good ideas.
What about the social side?
We like playing games. We've had traditional (or even retro-) Beetle Drives, we've dug those games out of the loft (the ones you save for Christmas), dusted them off and enjoyed them. We also take part in the area Skittles match and we were narrowly beaten into second place last year. We held a Music Quiz earlier in the year, at which a team comprising the Vice-President, Secretary and Membership Secretary distinguished themsevles by coming last.

We meet at 8pm every second Wednesday at Green Lane Ex-Services Club, Leasowes Lane, CV3 6BH, and we meet a second evening in each month for a social activity
Feel free to drop in and take part. The Wednesday meeting is usually a business meeting, where you will get a good flavour of what we are trying to do, and how we are trying to do it, as well as seeing the people involved. Alternatively you'll find yourself being entertained, or even doing the entertainment!
